PACKAGING
Medusa Vintage Poster orders are prepared in a manner that preserves the product's form, surface texture, and visual integrity.
Posters are shipped wrapped in protective clear film and placed inside specially designed Medusa Vintage Poster envelope packaging—without being rolled, folded, or creased. This method helps minimize the risk of the print surface becoming scratched or soiled, or suffering damage from moisture or yellowing over time.
For added protection during transit, the envelope packaging is enclosed within an outer shipping bag. Packages are delivered sealed, ensuring that the recipient is the first to handle the product.
We recommend separating the recyclable components of the paper-based packaging in accordance with local recycling guidelines. The entire packaging process is carefully managed to ensure the order arrives in pristine, intact, and well-presented condition.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS

1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Period
* Returns Within 14 Days: Posters produced specifically to your order (unless there is a manufacturing defect) cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Return Conditions: The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, unfolded, and returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.

* Submit a Request: Notify us of the product you wish to return and your order number by emailing info@medusavintage.
* Pack the Item: Place the posters back into their protective packaging exactly as they were when you received them, ensuring they are not damaged.
5. Shipping Fees and Refunds
* Customer-Initiated Returns/Exchanges: For returns or exchanges made at the customer’s discretion, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
* Returns of Defective or Incorrect Products: In cases of errors on our part or caused by the shipping carrier, all shipping costs will be covered by us.
* Refunds: Once the returned product reaches us and is inspected, if the return is approved, the product’s cost will be refunded to your account via the payment method you used for the purchase (credit card/debit card) within 14 business days.
